2. Magpakita ng  resilience at adaptability.

Recruiters would like to see how prepared you are for every scenario. Just like in the actual workplace, you have to be flexible to sudden changes.

Halimbawa ay biglang naurong ang araw o oras ng iyong interview, o naging face-to-face ang interview instead na online, magandang ipakita mo na ikaw ay handang mag-adjust sa pagbabagong ito. Show up prepared at ipakita mo sa recruiter na kaya mong harapin ang anumang changes!

3. Magbigay ng mga konkretong halimbawa on how you manage stress.

5.  Ipakita na ikaw ay confident.

Mahalaga rin to be truthfully confident with your hard skills and soft skills.

Whether it’s a face-to-face or an online interview, showing confidence through intentional body language can give you an edge over other candidates. Magpakita ng good posture, establish direct eye contact, use hand gestures, give a firm handshake, and stay relaxed while passionately sharing details about yourself and your best work attributes.
