A Guide to Philippine Schools That Accept Online Applications

Every year, millions of students from different grade levels in the Philippines enroll in public and private schools. Traditional, and not to mention, manual, admission processes are really becoming dreadful.

With long registration queues, forms you need to fill-out, unending quips of “pa xerox nito”, and the usual commuter woes, THE STRUGGLE IS “REALLY” REAL! How you wish there’s an easier way to enter your dream school, right?

If you are looking for a hassle-free and effortless admission process in your next enrollment season, there are in fact a number of institutions where you can enroll even when you’re at home. Here’s a list of schools in the country that accept online application:

1. Don Bosco One TVET (Technical Vocational Education and Training Center)

The Don Bosco One TVET (Technical Vocational Education and Training Center) Philippines is a network of 18 TVET centers in the country that provides short courses and certifications for the underprivileged youth. Don Bosco One TVET centers are located in Davao Oriental, Laguna, Liloan Cebu, Punta Princesa Cebu, Pasil Cebu City, Balamban Cebu, Iloilo, Negros, Borongan, Legaspi, Naga, Calamba Laguna, Makati, Mandaluyong, Tondo, Pampanga, and Nueva Ecija.

2. AMA University Online Education

AMA University Online Education (AMAOEd) is part of the AMA Education System. It is also the first full online education program in the Philippines. It offers Senior High Tracks in Academic, Arts and Design, Sports, and TVL.

3. Resalest Educational Center

Resalest Educational Center is private, secondary school recognized by the the Department of Education. It provides academic curriculum from junior to senior high school.

4. Reedley International School

Reedley International School is a co-ed private school located in Pasig City that caters to  preschool, grade school, junior, and senior high school. Its SHS offerings include Accountancy and Business Management (ABM), Humanities and Social Studies (HUMSS), Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM), and General Academic Strand.

5. Southville International School and Colleges

SISC is a private school located in Las Pinas City that offers Senior High School strands in GAS, HUMSS, ABM, and STEM. Aside from these course offering, SISC is also a Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) accredited and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) certified. It is also an International Baccalaureate (IBO) authorized world school and Microsoft IT Academy certified partner.

6. Notre Dame Siena College of General Santos City

Notre Dame-Siena College of General Santos City is a higher education institution accredited by the Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges and Universities. It has SHS programs in ABM, GAS, HUMSS, STEM, as well as TVL strands in  Automotive Servicing NC II, Computer Hardware Servicing NC II, Dressmaking NC II, and Driving NC II.

7. Roosevelt College, Inc. – Rodriguez

Roosevelt College Rodriguez (RC-Rodriguez) is a private college that is one of the five campuses under the Roosevelt College System. RC-Rodriguez offers elementary, secondary and tertiary programs. Its Senior High School (SHS) program includes the four strands under the Academic track as well as the technical-vocational-livelihood (TVL) track.

8. Philippine Science High School

Philippine Science High School (PSHS) Main Campus, more commonly known as Pisay implements a 6-year STEM curriculum starting from Grade 7 to 12. Pisay is a specialized public high school system in the Philippines and operates as an attached agency of the Philippine Department of Science and Technology. It is considered as the top science high school in the Philippines.

9. Punlaan School

Punlaan School provides technical-vocational programs for women and offers courses in Hospitality and Culinary for Senior High School so that Grade 12 graduates will have immediate employment opportunities right after graduation.

10. Meridian International (MINT) College

MINT College is a private institution located in Taguig City known for its programs in business, arts, and technology.
