Cebu Doctors University

Formerly known as Cebu Doctors College, this private university in the Visayas is the only private institution in the country to be granted a university status despite not having a complete basic education curriculum as well as an autonomous status granted by the CHED. With a particular focus on the health sciences, the school offers an undergraduate degree in Occupational Therapy under the College of Rehabilitative Sciences, along with Physical Therapy.

De La Salle Medical And Health Sciences Institute (DLSMHSI)

DLSMHSI is one of the 16 member schools under the De La Salle Philippines (DLSP) network. It specializes in medical and health science education, with seven colleges offering degree programs for undergraduate, masters, and graduate studies. Its Occupational Therapy course is taught by  the College of Rehabilitation Sciences—one of the two accredited institutions in the country, other than UP Manila, to offer a refresher program for graduates who failed thrice in the licensure exams.

University of Santo Tomas (UST)

Being the oldest university in the Philippines and Asia, UST has a long tradition of proven academic excellence, with an impressive record of 13 Centers of Excellence and Centers of Development granted by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED). Under the Department of Occupational Therapy in the College of Rehabilitation Sciences, students can choose between its undergraduate and masters degree in Occupational Therapy.

University of the Philippines Manila (UPM)

UP Manila is one of the eight constituent universities in the University of the Philippines system. It’s highly recognized for providing excellent health sciences education, training, and research. Its Occupational Therapy undergraduate degree program is offered under the College of Allied Medical Professions, together with related courses like Physical Therapy and Speech Pathology.
