In line with its efforts to ensure the smooth nationwide implementation of the Senior High School (SHS) Program starting this school year, the Department of Education (DepEd) on Monday has started receiving inquiries on the program through its “SHS Help Desk.”
The SHS Help Desk, which can be reached through its hotline 667-1188, was established to extend assistance to parents, students, and the general public who have inquiries regarding the program.
The help desk will be open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. from Monday to Friday until June 30, 2016. DepEd has teamed up with IBEX Global Solutions, a call center, to set up the SHS Help Desk.
The DepEd has also announced that results of online applications for the SHS Voucher Program (SHS VP) are already available online.
Those who have submitted applications during extension can view the status of their application at http://ovap.deped.gov.ph.
