With the rising cost of higher education in the country, more and more scholarships are being established to help aid students and parents with their financial burdens. Year by year, many students are vying for some of the biggest scholarship programs from big companies, foundations, and government agencies. These scholarships provide students with benefits that range from full to partial scholarships, allowances, to book discounts, just to name some. While these programs provide students with plenty of perks, the reality is that the competition among applicants is also high.
