Calling all marketing, international trade, and entrepreneurship geeks! This fully-funded study abroad with work placement program might just be the perfect opportunity you are looking for.

Hinrich Foundation is now accepting applications for its Hinrich Global Trade Leader Development Program. It offers mid-career Filipino professionals a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to take Master of Science in Entrepreneurship & Global Marketing in France and Hong Kong for free. If that’s not attractive enough for you yet, this fully-funded scholarship also comes with a well-designed work placement in-between study periods, plus a guaranteed job upon graduation.

Successful candidates will receive full financial support to cover tuition fee, living allowance, visa and roundtrip airfares. They will start their studies at the Grenoble Ecole de Management, one of the leading business schools in France, on September 2018. Then, for one year after the first term, scholars will have a hands-on training program and work placement at the Hinrich Foundation for further skills development.

After the work placement that will end on January 2020, scholars will continue their studies at the Hong Kong Baptist University, one of Asia’s highest-ranking universities. By May 2020, they will earn their Master’s degree. A month after graduation, a job at Hinrich Foundation will be waiting for them.

This opportunity is open for all Filipino citizens with at least five years of experience in marketing or business. Applicants must be fluent in English, and must hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a GPA of 3.0 or above.

Applicants must register online and submit required documents by April 20, 2018. If you are interested, prepare your curriculum vitae, cover letter, copy of academic transcript and degree certification, TOEFL/IELTS certificate, at least one recommendation letter, and a photo of your passport. You should also write a 500-word essay answering the question, “How will the work integrated learning approach help you become an outstanding Global Trade Leader?”

Hinrich Foundation helps professionals achieve their full potential through different scholarship programs like the Hinrich Global Trade Leader Development Program. The program focuses on key career areas which include import and export, engineering, sales management, business development, project management, and marketing & communications.

Imee Charlee C. Delavin, one of the Filipino scholars who took up MA in International Journalism Studies and now a Hinrich Foundation program manager, has this to say about the program: “This scholarship opportunity promises a whole new learning experience for me as I slowly veer toward the career that I want to pursue and the dreams that I long to fulfill. It is an avenue to better myself and a great start to building lasting friendships and gaining a wider, deeper perspective on the realities of the world.”
