Coming to Texas marked my first international journey. UIW is our home away from home. Everyone takes care of each other. Professors welcome me in class. Other students are very patient in helping me do things I am not familiar with. The staff is willing to help whenever we need anything. I am so blessed to be placed at the University of the Incarnate Word. Not only am I able to make friends, participate in cultural exchange, and get a quality education at UIW, I am also able to give my time and energy to serve the community.
Diversity on Campus
UIW is the largest Catholic university in Texas and the fourth-largest private university in the State.
