The world’s oldest and largest university specializing in aviation and aerospace, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, expands its tradition of excellence in Asia through its Singapore campus. Embry-Riddle is known for employing online and face-to-face instruction and a network of facilities conducive for students.
In partnership with the Singapore Aviation Academy (SAA) and ERC Institute, Embry-Riddle currently offers two undergraduate and two post-graduate programs at the Singapore campus. These partnerships also enable Embry-Riddle to offer study abroad opportunities for students in neighboring countries like the Philippines.
Undergraduate degree programs include BS in Aeronautics and BS in Aviation Business Administration. The University also offers a 2-year Master of Science in Aeronautics and a one-year MBA in Aviation.
Embry-Riddle admits students purely on the basis of a student’s academic merit. So students need to submit attested and verified copies of their mark sheets. All documents need to be sent by courier or speed post in hard copies in a sealed envelope. Moreover, the university does not require SAT, GRE, admission essays or letters of recommendation.
For undergrad degree programs, students need to have a minimum GPA of 2.5 to apply. Meanwhile, For post-grad degree programs, students need to have a minimum GPA of 3.0, and submit a detailed resume to apply. GMAT is NOT compulsory for the MBA in Aviation.
Students studying in English-medium schools and colleges do not need to submit TOEFL or IELTS certification, if they have graduated less than 2 years back.
Partial Scholarships are available for students with a GPA of 3.5 and above out of 4.0. Scholarships cover only up to 20% of the overall tuition fees.
