Academic Scholarship – Philippine Women’s College of Davao
Offered to public and private students, PWU’s scholarship is available for senior high school valedictorians and salutatorians who are each entitled to 100% and 50% tuition fee discounts, respectively. PWC valedictorians and salutatorians are entitled to this scholarship regardless of the number of graduates.
Cebuana Lhuillier Foundation, Inc. – Holy Cross of Davao College, Inc. (Commerce) Scholarship – Cebuana Lhuillier Foundation, Inc.
Cebuana Lhuillier Foundation’s scholarship provides a fixed amount of P15,000 per semester to certain students until their college graduation. Scholars must also be willing to take their bachelor’s (undergraduate) degree on a full-time basis and must have an average of 85% or higher from the previous semester.
Sports Scholarship Program – Philippine Women’s College of Davao
PWC also offers financial assistance to students who show potential in a certain sport. Being a member of PWC’s Varsity Team, however, does not automatically guarantee eligibility in this program.
Center for Asian Culinary Studies Davao Scholarship – Center for Asian Culinary Studies Davao
Founded by renowned chef Gene Gonzalez in 2000, the TESDA-approved culinary arts center also offers partial tuition scholarships for aspiring Filipino chefs who wish to pursue their certificate and diploma programs.
Student Assistants – Ateneo de Davao University
Students who also willing to render four (4) hours of service as office assistants for the university are also entitled to partial tuition discounts, as long as they’ve been a student for at least one semester.
Working Students – Ateneo de Davao University
Full tuition scholarships are also offered to working students from Ateneo de Davao University who are in need of financial assistance. Scholarship grants can also extend to the student’s remedial and summer classes, if needed.
Equitable PCIBank Foundation – Ateneo de Davao University
This scholarship program is intended for high school graduates who have already passed an accredited school of their choice with an average grade of 85% or higher, and must be able to take business-related courses.
Internally-Funded Scholarships – Ateneo de Davao University
Aside from the aforementioned scholarships, the university is also offering various scholarships to its students, the funds of which have all been allocated by numerous donors and departments.
Jesus V. Del Rosario (JVR) Foundation Scholarship – Ateneo de Davao University
First established in 1987, the JVR Foundation offers scholarship programs to deserving students who intend to pursue better careers after college graduation. The foundation also provides caregiver scholarship programs to indigent students.
Shoemart (SM) Foundation, Inc. – Ateneo de Davao University
Aside from part-time job opportunities and monthly allowances, chosen scholar applicants will also be allowed to select their specialization in accounting, information technology, engineering, and education.
Commission on Higher Education and other Government Scholarships – Ateneo de Davao University
ChED, along with other government scholarship providers, also have a set of scholarships for students who are in dire need.
CHED – K-12 Transition Program Scholarships – Ateneo de Davao University
In the case of higher education faculty and staff from Ateneo de Davao University who intend to pursue their masters, the Commission on Higher Education can also grant them full tuition scholarships that also cover their monthly stipends, transportation allowances, and dissertation grants.
Academic Scholarship Program (Incoming Freshmen) – St. John Paul II College of Davao
This scholarship is available to incoming college freshmen who have been recognized by their respective schools as academic achievers upon graduation. It is also open to college freshmen students whose academic standing at the end of the first semester also meets the required grade of the program, regardless of high school graduation standing.
Student Athletes Scholarship Program (SASP) – St. John Paul II College of Davao
College students who are qualified to join the school’s basketball varsity team are also given financial assistance by the school, as long as they pass both the personality interviews and extensive basketball trainings.
Siningtala Dance Company Scholarship Program – St. John Paul II College of Davao
Students who also excel in the field of dance and other performing arts can also avail of full scholarships by the school. Like the Student Athletes Scholarship Program, aspiring scholars have to undergo an interview along with extensive trainings before they can qualify.
Student Work Scholarship Program (SWSP) – St. John Paul II College of Davao
This work-study scholarship program is open to high school graduates who wish to pursue both studies and career simultaneously. Through this program, the college aims to expand more opportunities to deserving learners who wish to add more career development skills through learning experiences.
Private Scholarship Programs – St. John Paul II College of Davao
The school also provides needs-based scholarships that are also shouldered by private and government entities, along with other educational plans and foundations.
Veterans Scholarship Grant – Davao Oriental State College of Science and Technology – Mati – Main Campus
Open to Filipino students, this scholarship is only open to incoming college freshmen whose parents are government employees.
